Under the vault
You enter through the café — a shell of fired brick that curves overhead and frames a living tree at its heart.
Ayana — vaulted brick, rammed earth and a spring-fed lake, set deep in the wet green of the Ghats. A café, a wellness centre, and cottages to disappear into.
Ayana is built the way the forest wants it built — catenary brick vaults that curve like the hills, walls of rammed earth and local stone, thatch that breathes with the monsoon. Nothing towers over the canopy; everything settles beneath it.
Three worlds share one estate: a café that grows out of the earth, a wellness centre of open-court therapy pavilions, and forest cottages arranged around a quiet zen garden — all held by a spring-fed lake.
Flow around the trees, respect the contours, let the forest stand. The house is shaped to the land, never the land to the house.
Managed, maintained and cared for — so the estate keeps its calm long after you arrive.

There are places you visit.
And places that change the way you breathe.
Beyond the noise — beyond the calendar and the glow of a screen — mist pools at dawn and the canopy fills with birdsong. Vaulted rooms, open courts and cool earth underfoot, brought together to offer something increasingly rare: room to breathe.

A brick vault that opens like a shell — an entry lobby, indoor court around a living tree, outdoor seating stepping toward the pool, and a bar under the curve. The first breath of the estate.
Spring-fed and still, the lake sits at the centre of the estate — the mirror every path returns to, feeding the mist that settles over the vaults each morning.
A grid of treatment pavilions threaded by a loop corridor, each opening onto its own green court. Therapy rooms, consultation rooms, a reception, a yoga deck and the ghat down to the water.
Five private cottages laid along a winding path and a zen garden. Each with a bedroom, a pantry, a walk-in wardrobe and an open-to-sky bathroom framed by rammed earth and stone.
You enter through the café — a shell of fired brick that curves overhead and frames a living tree at its heart.
Cobbled paths wind between courts and cottages — every turn a different light, a different fragrance, a different bird.
Spread across four acres — dedicated therapy rooms, treatment pavilions and consultation suites, each opening to its own private garden between rammed earth, thatch and sky.
The ghat descends to a spring-fed lake — the mirror the whole estate quietly turns toward.
The first room of the estate. A vaulted brick shell wraps an indoor court around a living tree, spills into outdoor seating, and steps down toward the pool. Coffee from the hills, a bar under the curve, and an indoor sports court beside it.
